TT006 is based on polyester film, that has been coated on one side with a thermal release adhesive. The adhesive has a good room temperature tack for instant adhesion and exhibits smooth peel adhesion.

TT006 can adhere to many substrates with an initial adhesive force, without the build up off extremely high peel adhesion.Â
Apply heat to the back of the tape to detach it, following the recommended conditions. The heating process will cause the adhesive to lose adhesion and detach from the substrate to which it had been attached. Â
TT006 is used as a temporary holding tape for cutting or releasing materials after component manufacture. When the dicing/cutting process has finished, the tape can be removed by the application of heat.
