T03 – Thermal Tape
For effective heat transfer T03 is constructed from a thin metal foil, coated with thermal adhesive on each side delivering a non-electrically isolating connection. T03 delivers a permanent bond and reduces thermal resistance by filling micro-air voids at the interface.
