Close-up view of three overlapping sheets, two black and one transparent, arranged in a vertical pattern. The texture and light reflection on the transparent sheet are visible, while the black sheets appear solid and opaque under LED lighting. The background is plain white.
A blue circle is filled with evenly spaced horizontal black lines, creating a striped pattern reminiscent of LED modules. The lines make the blue color appear as alternating light and dark blue horizontal stripes within the circle against a white background.

P75 - Phase change

Thermally conductive phase change

P75 features a thermal conductivity of 7.5 W/mK, and is engineered to improve the cooling effi-ciency for even the most demanding thermal issues in electronics. With a softening temperature ranging between 50°C to 70°C, the initial thickness of the pad can decrease to a bondline as thin as 35µm. Coupled with excellent wetting of mating surfaces and displacing air, P75 delivers in-dustry-leading lowest thermal resistance.

Thal Article Number: P75

P75 - Phase change

The reliability of P75 has been verified through exposure to 2000 hours of various aging tests, demonstrating its dependability even at an operational temperature of 150°C.

The specialty polymeric matrix provides superior pump out resustance compared to thermally conductive greases and other phase change materials. P75 is formulated to offer the right amount of tackiness, remaining securely on liners while still being easily removable for application.
