It possesses outstanding characteristics, making it a particularly attractive substitute for traditional interface materials due to its cost-effectiveness. Notably, the anisotropy of the thermal properties, potentially resulting in weight reductions of up to 30% compared to conventional materials made out of copper or aluminum. This quality makes C75 appealing for use in headspreader applications. Further-more, its suitability for vacuum environments or extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 500 °C further expands its potential applications.
