At Thal Technologies, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is strategically divided into three main areas: Project/Assembly, SMT Electronics, and Finishing/Test zones. Each area is meticulously designed to minimize contamination and ensure the highest standards of quality control. Our production rooms are maintained with utmost cleanliness and are fully automated, featuring advanced climate control systems that regulate temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors.
Our facility boasts seven high-capacity SMD production lines, capable of assembling tens of thousands of components per hour, ensuring swift and precise production cycles. The performance materials are crafted in our plant, which is equipped with cutting-edge technology for plotting, dicing, and cutting, ensuring every piece meets our stringent quality standards.
In our Finishing and Testing department, quality assurance is enhanced by the integration of Artificial Intelligence in Optical Inspection facilities, alongside high-end measurement equipment and the latest testing tools. This combination guarantees that all products not only meet but exceed the rigorous demands of our clients.
